Pigato Selezione Uve

This Pigato is produced exclusively with grapes from  the oldest vineyard of the 'azienda';   the bunch thinning and late harvest provide for even more perfumes and body.

Dry white wine, pale yellow colour, bright golden reflections

• Bouquet: intense perfume, characteristic, rich hints of ripe peach, papaya, pear and vanilla
• Taste: warm, with body, full, harmonious, taste lasts long
• Alcoholic Grading: 11,5%-14%
• Acidity: 5-6 per thousand
• Goes with: ideal with entrées of filled pasta, tuna, salmon, all fish based dishes, mixed                        fried fish, salted fish, prawns
• Serving temperature: 10°-12°
